How long does it take to get an estimate?

Before we begin any repairs, we will provide you with a detailed estimate of the work that needs to be done. Our team of experienced Technicians will thoroughly inspect your vehicle to identify the issues and provide an accurate cost breakdown. Many of our customers enjoy coming into the bays where we can provide a technical explanation of the work required and at the same time show customers the problem. We will also discuss any additional services that may be required and answer any questions you may have. Although the length of time to provide an estimate can vary depending on the complexity of the problem it usually takes less than 1 hour.

Do you charge for estimates?

Our team of experienced technicians at McDonald's Service Centre is dedicated to ensuring your car repairs are done right the first time. We provide estimates for all repairs to keep you informed and help you make the best decisions for your vehicle. Most estimates are included in the repair cost, but in cases where the diagnosis is complex, we will provide you with an accurate estimate upfront.

Are repairs under warranty?

We offer a one-year or 20,000 kilometer warranty on parts and labor for all of our repair services performed at McDonalds Service Centre. If any of our parts fail or if the work was not performed properly, we'll take care of it free of charge. The  only exception to this warranty policy is for customer supplied parts and used parts. In the case of used engines or transmissions the warranty will depend on our suppliers policy.
