I have been involved in automotive repair since my father opened McDonald's Service Center in 1982. Since taking over operations in 2007, it's been important to me to continue providing our customers with a positive experience that leaves them feeling like family. We always want you to leave confident recommending our services to family and friends. My staff and I always think about what's best for our customers.
Lori Bray
Service Advisor
Lori has been with McDonald's Service Centre as a Service Advisor since 2005.. She takes great pride in acting as a primary communicator between the technicians and our customers. Lori's role at McDonald's Service Centre goes beyond a typical Service Advisor. She's involved in the care of you and your vehicle from the time you enter the shop to the final pick-up. She has advanced technical knowledge in automotive repair and takes pride in customer service. She will effectively explain what your car needs, the diagnostic process, and the next steps needed to get you back on the road.
